We will meet in weekly community sessions where we will either practice together different frameworks, listen to stories from experts in residence and ask questions or share our know-how using Intervision. Community Session #1: Get to know each other

A nice get-together, where we meet for the first time, and learn more about each other. Its purpose is to ensure the psychological safety we need to make the most out of this learning journey.

Community Session #2: Fireside Chat: Corina Anghel

Wednesday April 13th + 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM EET
How do adults learn best? How do behaviors change? How can we design programs that have a science base? Corina Anghel, (HR) People Lead Romania, Moldova, Bulgaria, Albania & North Macedonia @Avon will share her thoughts and experiences around these questions.

Community Session #3: Practice Session

Wednesday April 20th + 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM EET
Working with provisional personas, personas and jobs to be done for the first time? Knowing the theory behind it will help, but won’t get you far. In this session, we’ll actually do some exercises working with the aforementioned frameworks.
 

Community Session #4: Intervision Session

Wednesday April 27th + 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM EET
For our first sharing session we’ll explore a broad question. What learning methods do learners find most impactful? We’ll go through each of us’s experiences both as learners and as learning designers to build a playbook of our own methods.
 

Community Session #5: Fireside Chat: Stefan Daniels

Wednesday May 4th + 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM EET
Why is research so important? How can you perform it properly? Stefan Daniels, Head of Learning Studios @Growth Tribe will share his stories about building research-based learning products.
 

Community Session #6: Recap Session

Wednesday May 11th + 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM EET
We took some time to look and recap all the things we learned so far and actually apply them to our own assignments.

Community Session #8: Practice Session

Wednesday May 25th + 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM EET
By now we should have a good understanding of how to conduct research, how to set learning goals, and the learning methods and strategies available. So in this session we’ll put everything together in a coherent manner by building the architecture of a program together.
