Rules of engagement

notion image
Be kind, honest, and inclusive. It’s really important for us to create a safe space as a prerequisite for learning. So we ask you to treat others like you would like them to treat you.
notion image
Speak up. If you have any issues, no matter the type, please share them with us so we can find a solution together. We want this to be a useful and nice experience for you, so we’re always available.
notion image
Be the owner of your learning process. The truth is, as you already know, that we’re just the guides here. The one who has to do the job is you. So think about your purpose of being here, and make the best out of the time we have together.
notion image
Always share your feedback. We never, never, ever want to be know-it-alls. Everything we share with you is based on our research and our own experience. Although we’ve put our souls and hearts into this and we want you to have a perfect experience, you might find some things that are not useful to you. We might have got something wrong or made mistakes when putting the program together. Our purpose is as well to learn in the process, so don’t shy away from sharing your feedback. If you feel like we’ve wronged you so bad there’s no turning back, please do reach out as we’re more than open to give you a refund.

Learning Methods & Strategies

We put together a series of videos where we walk you through theory and real-life examples. Our videos will either invite you to practice, lay down mistakes to be avoided or faults of the processes we present or just tell you about some research we’ve found interesting.
notion image
We invite you to practice. We put together lists of assignments you should complete, share with your peers, and get feedback on. Still, if you feel like you have a real-life challenge you can work on, we encourage you to use it. Just make sure the challenge is aligned with the purpose of the program and you still share it with the community. Each assignment will be as short as possible, will involve you going into the real world, and will end with feedback from ourselves and your peers.

We make use of spaced repetition by deliberately designing our programs to expand over multiple weeks, while we also recap the knowledge we acquire in multiple ways.
notion image
We’re preaching social learning as one of the most important ways of growing. So we schedule multiple community sessions and curate peers & experts in residence you can meet throughout the program, based on your learning goals.

We’ve curated top-notch resources for you in the Resources Library, so you can save them in your bookmark and explore them whenever you need it.
