Although I've been working in the field of design for over 10 years, my love for co-creation and innovation has taken me through a quite diverse set of challenges and roles.
After starting as a UX designer I moved into the world of advertising and branding as a creative where I focused on making brands stand out from strategy to identity. As an art director, I was responsible for the research and design process, where I focused on including the voice of the customer wherever possible.
With the potential of Data-driven marketing, I switched from branding into the field of Conversion rate optimisation as a UX designer.
With a set of new skills and case studies, I was eager to teach others how to achieve similar results. This is when I joined Growth Tribe as a coach and trainer with a focus on growth and UX.
The need for this kind of performance focused digital training turned out to be growing, which lead me to build a team of trainers and coaches in data, growth, design and leadership delivering our solutions all over the world to clients like Ahold, HSBC, Philips and more.
In my latest adventure, I am focusing on combining my experience in design and learning to build effective learning solutions to help close today's most prominent skills gaps in Europe.
Around 10 yrs of experience in L&D both on internal roles (managing training departments) and as external consultant. Worked to create self-directed learning programs and tools. General HR knowledge, coordinating recruitment processes, leading Internal Comm, acting as HR BP for multiple functions and markets etc.
I have expertise in game design, product design and experience design. I've been designing corporate learning games for almost 5 years. Before that, I designed learning experiences at the Alternative University, a university founded by students and based on self-directed learning. I'm currently working on a digital gamified platform called Chambr, and I'm expanding my expertise to the digital space.
